I have spent the day out with a Buyer... WOW, I have never had such a time finding the perfect home for a Buyer.  We have seen a lot of  UGLY, DIRTY, STINKY homes... we went in one today, the carpet on the stairs in the middle was black, now that wasn't the orginal color of the carpet. This home was so cluttered, and dirty.  What are people thinking??? Oh, then they want a premium price for the home. Come on Agents, get with it.... if they will not clean it up, and yes I have had listings like that, then price them as the home they are not mint condition.  Okay my ranting is done.... for now. :-)
